What's a personal trainer?

A Personal trainer is an exercise professional who instructs exercise and creates an exercise plan tailored to your individual needs. Personal training is suitable for all ages and abilities and is designed to help people achieve their fitness goals, manage health conditions, weight management, sport performance improvement and overall improvement of fitness, strength and health. 

Personal training sessions can help motive you, keep you accountable, build your confidence and teach you correct, safe form and techniques in the gym environment.

Personal training sessions are approximately one hour long (or if you have a specific time limit we can adjust sessions to suit your needs/time availability). All sessions are held here at The Movement Gym and times/dates are subject to availability between yourself and your personal trainer.
(Please note that personal training payments are made separately and in addition to gym membership payments)
*If you have personal training, you will be eligible for the PT client discounted monthly gym membership

Personal training sessions, Information Pack, Daily check-ins, Weekly check-ins, 24/7 contact support, Training Plan, Nutrition Guidance, Macros, Meal Plan and Online Coaching

Choose your package

Single personal training sessions – (x1 personal training session) 

A Single session is highly advised if you don’t want ongoing personal training and just would like a training plan; having one session will allow your personal trainer to go through all of the exercises in your plan to show you how to perform them correctly and safely.

PT Package 1 – (x4 personal training sessions)
Package 1 is a good starter package so your personal trainer can go through all of the exercises in your plan and show you how to perform them correctly and safely in more detail than a plan or single session alone.

PT Package 2 – (x6 personal training sessions)
Package 2 is ideal if you want to start having frequent personal training sessions or to see if it’s for you. Your personal trainer can go through each day of your plan in detailed sessions, adjust it accordingly to your needs and improve your techniques.

PT Package 3 – (x8 personal training sessions)
Package 3 is a good way to start having frequent personal training sessions. Having a personal trainer will keep you accountable and motivated throughout your training sessions and at home with your nutrition.
 
PT Package 4 – (x12 personal training sessions)
Package 4 is the most popular and recommended option, especially if you are ready to commit and conquer your goals. Having ongoing sessions will ensure your personal trainer is with you every step of the way in your fitness journey to keep you on track, to guide and help you as well as too encourage, motivate and push you to where you need to be.

If you would like to have personal training sessions, we will book you in for a free consultation with a personal trainer which will take approximately 30 minutes.
During the consultation, you and your personal trainer will discuss your health and fitness goals, medical history, injuries and illnesses, answer any questions you may have then take payment at the end of the consult and book you in for your first personal training session.
